How Does Your Garden Grow?

Well, it’s gloom and doom outside today, and apparently will be for the rest of the week (boo). Yesterday, however, was a ridiculously gorgeous 70-something Spring day, and I decided to exercise my green thumb (under Molly’s supervision, of course). Transplanted some of the bigger guys into more suitably sized pots, and planted new seeds. We’ve got two kinds of tomatoes, zucchini, iceberg lettuce, serrano chili peppers, cilantro (growing like crazy, by the way), two kinds of yellow squash (my favorite to saute with a little lemon pepper), string beans and  peas. Hopefully by Summer, I’ll have the makings of a delicious home-grown vegetarian dinner!
